Energy & housekeeping

A characteristic that I find in the companies and institutions for whom I consult and that initially suggests a winning attitude is the zeal for order, cleanliness and organization.

That is to say, there is an internalized perception that this approach leads to transparency, ease of identifying what is happening in the work areas, whether office or production.

Those who don't care much about it show a tolerance for disorganization. Tis is generally an attitude that permeates all levels, most often resulting in increased costs. For the simple fact that it favors the loss of information, and even of opportunities.

Those who are organized and put activities, deadlines and people in charge on each and everyone's agendas tend to have better results. Also, it is easier to identify those who meet the objectives and of course, more chance of being recognized and rewarded.

Energy is no different. It is a conceptually simple item (usually a Top 10 cost) topic, but one that in Brazil requires an endless list of precautions given the super complicated regulations . Those who are organized do way better!
