I developed an innovative concept for a century-old challenge!

The electricity bill is "binomial": kW demand and kWh energy.

Through traders, industrial and commercial (I/C) customers can contract energy on the free market. DFE is an environment in which customers (I/C) served by the same concessionaire can "exchange" demand differences and thus better adjust their kW demand cost, in a "zero sum game".

It's a win-win!

The concessionaire maintains the same total demand billing BUT enables delivery of more energy with the same infrastructure. Customers (I/C) will have a lower demand cost because they can adjust it to the changes that always occur in real life.
