Who is to blame for the high natural gas prices in Europe?

This is an excellent eye-opening article written by Steven R. Miles and Anna Mikulska of the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies (CES) showing where the profits in LNG sales are actually landing.  Note from the story: "Very little LNG is exported directly to Europe by US companies on a long-term basis and almost none of this LNG is sold at European prices."  Another illuminating note: "LNG from the US can be available at prices much cheaper than current European hub prices but requires additional facilities that will take 3-4 years to build."
