The invasion of Ukraine and the consequences that are felt around the world bring up a very important issue that is generally not part of the agenda of Brazilian companies and institutions.

I refer especially to the identification of risks and their mitigation, in relation to energy sources.

There are two topics "on the table": 1) ensuring the supply of sources and 2) cost arbitrage among sources.

Those who take the initiative to explore these themes end up deciding better how to face situations that occur and, for this very reason, are able to perform more competitively in their markets.

This is not a theoretical thing. Reality shows that energy users who decided to go for this apporach were able to achieve and maintain special results.
