Who

In Brazil, it is very common for the subject of "energy" to be treated in a diffuse way. In other words, without a leader. My suggestion is: establish someone responsible.

What

Solutions require investments. They can be of the "low-cost-or-no-cost" type or even capital intensive. It is important to allocate resources to be able to “make it happen”.

When

Achieving and maintaining more competitive costs, whether in contracting energy or in its efficient use, depends on a schedule with activities, deadlines and responsible parties.
