Many of these topics have been discussed here on Energy Central since 2019 and the situation has not changed. I've concluded that the people in control at the State level are simply not ready to collaborate to find a solution to secure sufficient grid services capacity needed to ensure reliability and resilience of the New England Electric System and contain rising electric costs to consumers.
