Utility Companies: a New Application for Artificial Intelligence - in Search of an entrepreneur

I developed an innovative concept - Demand Flexibility Exchange -  based on real cases of clients I served, providing energy consulting services, and which involved the electric power utility.

In this new phase, I imagined using AI companies/entrepreneurs so that utilities take the initiative to propose demand transactions between their clients, aiming at a win-win. 

• For the utility
  
  It makes it possible to deliver more energy with the same infrastructure (CAPEX – Capital Expenditure).
   
• For the clients
  
  It allows adjusting their contracted demands (and associated costs) vis-à-vis the registered ones.

It is a universal theme (all countries that have an industrial and commercial client base charge by contracted demand) and for each GW transacted it saves tens of billions of USD.

The DFE was developed in conjunction with  Brite.org (the energy innovation institution in the state of Ohio – USA) who helped me create the DFE slide deck and video.
