Stock of unfinished projects
Any Brazilian who "navigates" through the country will see a sad reality. Everywhere there are projects that have been unfinished for a long time.
The aggregate value of these projects, reaches USD 200/inhabitant - a significant value when considered that for majority of the population this is not far from their monthly salary.
This is a national shame, which involves the complacency/collusion of the three constituted powers. If that weren't the case, how could we explain this sad situation that has been an integral part of our "public policies" for decades?
To get out of the pack of underdeveloped countries (I'm referring to per capita income) there will be a need to finish the projects so that they bring the expected associated value (and justify the investment).
Or will the choice be to keep everything as it is?
