We get used to complaining because of so many absurdities that occur in our daily lives.
I am taking the initiative to privilege, and even publicize, those solutions that were given by companies and/or institutions to solve problems - always energy related - that arose for their clients.
Tell the story that happened, how it was faced and solved.
Thus, the entire community that is interested in energy efficiency, generation, co generation, high voltage accesses, deregulated contracting of power, gas, biomass, diesel, among others, will have the opportunity to learn about situations that differentiate those companies that have in their DNA the real customer service.
And, from my own experience, I've seen opposite situations. Suppliers that were spectacular, exceeding all the best expectations and others that were less than regrettable.
