NEWS: Utah Supreme Court may decide Rocky Mountain Power rate hike as Capitol Hill watches

The decision on a rate hike for Rocky Mountain Power could be headed to the Utah Supreme Court. Here’s the rundown on this back-and-forth. (Fox 13)

  • Last week, Utah’s Public Service Commission once again rejected Rocky Mountain Power's request for a rate increase. The utility proposed a 30% rate hike last year before lowering the request to 18%.
