NEWS: There’s a second DOE project cancellation list

A leaked DOE document suggests the Trump administration may cancel another $16B in clean energy projects, on top of last week’s $7.5B in confirmed terminations. (Latitude Media)

  • The new spreadsheet lists 351 additional awards across key DOE offices. Some of the biggest potential losses include funding for DAC hubs, hydrogen projects, and utility grid upgrades, with companies like Honeywell, GM, and SCE named.

  • DOE hasn’t confirmed the list’s authenticity, and several companies say they’ve seen no official cancellation notice, adding to confusion over what’s real and what’s Washington rumor.
