Speaking at Climate Week NYC, Dominguez said developers with overextended renewables portfolios may soon be looking for partners with deeper pockets—and Constellation is positioning itself as a buyer.
The company, already the nation’s largest nuclear operator, also runs gas, wind, solar, and hydro assets. Dominguez noted that while federal wind and solar credits are winding down, demand for clean energy keeps climbing, and state-level programs remain strong.
