The zinc battery manufacturer, which already operates a production facility in Turtle Creek, will lease a new 432K-sq-ft plant in Marshall Township to boost capacity and streamline operations.
The move is backed by $22M in state incentives and $2M from Allegheny County. Eos plans to collaborate with Carnegie Mellon University and local schools to train workers in robotics and advanced manufacturing, with full production expected to begin in late 2026.
