Enerzip Is Hiring Regional Sales Managers and After-Sales Engineers in Latin America

Enerzip Power Technology (Weifang) Co., Ltd. is expanding its sales and technical service coverage in Latin America. We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers and After-Sales Engineers who understand their local markets and can provide practical support to customers.

The opportunities are open to qualified candidates in Latin American countries. Applicants who speak Spanish or Portuguese and can also communicate in English will be given priority. English is needed for regular communication with Enerzip’s sales, engineering and after-sales teams at our headquarters in China.

POSITION 1: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Location: Latin America

The Regional Sales Manager will develop local customers, distributors, equipment dealers and project partners for Enerzip products.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop sales opportunities for diesel generators, gas generators, biogas generators and diesel engine-driven water pumps.

• Build relationships with generator dealers, equipment rental companies, engineering contractors, farms, mining companies and industrial users.

• Identify projects requiring standby power, prime power, high-voltage generators, ATS panels or generator paralleling systems.

• Collect customer requirements, including power rating, voltage, frequency, application, site conditions and preferred configuration.

• Coordinate quotations and technical proposals with Enerzip’s headquarters in China.

• Follow up enquiries, commercial negotiations, orders and customer feedback.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and local business partners.

• Collect information about local demand, competitors and market developments.

• Help Enerzip establish a reliable sales and service network in the assigned region.

Candidate requirements:

• Sales experience in diesel generator sets, engine-driven water pumps or similar industrial equipment.

• Experience in engines, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, mining equipment, electrical equipment or power systems is also relevant.

• Good knowledge of the local market.

• Ability to develop customers and manage enquiries independently.

• Good communication, negotiation and customer-management skills.

• Basic understanding of generator ratings, voltage, frequency and operating applications.

• Ability to communicate regularly with Enerzip’s commercial and technical teams in China.

• Existing relationships with equipment dealers, contractors, rental companies or industrial customers are preferred.

Language preference:

• Spanish and English

• Portuguese and English

• A local language and English

POSITION 2: AFTER-SALES ENGINEER

Location: Latin America

The After-Sales Engineer will provide local inspection, installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting support for Enerzip equipment.

Main responsibilities:

• Inspect, service and repair diesel generator sets and diesel engine-driven water pumps.

• Diagnose mechanical faults in off-highway diesel engines.

• Troubleshoot engine starting, fuel, cooling, lubrication, intake and exhaust systems.

• Inspect alternators, batteries, charging systems, controllers and electrical wiring.

• Diagnose faults in generator control panels, ATS panels, circuit breakers and distribution boards.

• Support generator installation, commissioning and load testing.

• Assist with generator paralleling and control-system inspections when required.

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service visits.

• Prepare clear inspection reports and fault records.

• Communicate technical findings and spare-parts requirements to Enerzip’s engineering team in China.

• Provide practical technical support to local customers, dealers and service partners.

Candidate requirements:

• Practical experience in the maintenance and repair of off-highway diesel engines.

• Experience with diesel generator sets, construction equipment, mining machinery, agricultural machinery or commercial engine systems.

• Electrical engineering knowledge or relevant electrical maintenance experience.

• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Ability to use multimeters, insulation testers and common diagnostic tools.

• Familiarity with generator controllers, ATS systems, circuit breakers and distribution panels.

• Ability to diagnose both mechanical and electrical faults.

• Ability to work independently at customer sites.

• Experience with generator rental companies, engine service centres or equipment dealers is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when technical support is required.

• A valid local driving licence is preferred.

Language preference:

Applicants who speak Spanish or Portuguese and can communicate in English will be given priority.

The engineer should be able to explain technical problems clearly to local customers and communicate service information with Enerzip’s technical and after-sales teams in China.

Working Arrangement

The final working arrangement will depend on the candidate’s country, experience, responsibilities and regional coverage.

Possible arrangements may include local employment, regional representation, commission-based sales cooperation, project-based technical service or local service partnership.

Salary, commission, technical service fees, travel arrangements and other terms will be discussed during a video interview.
