Energy: Opportunity (Brazil)

The overall quality of customer service in the energy sector has declined alarmingly in recent times in Brazil.

Discussing a matter with someone knowledgeable about it has become a rarity. This is the experience that clients I consult for are reporting to me also.

The good, and even interesting, side is that I see an opportunity! Those companies that strive for good customer service will have distinct chances to stand out and close more deals.

Good customer service, in this context, means interacting with people who know what they're talking about and help the client discover what's best for their situation.
