New data centers and electric vehicles represent significant loads that – if viable from an energy standpoint – will change the landscape of electricity demand worldwide and in Brazil as well.
Tens of GW are on the horizon in just a few years! here in Brazil
This is a significant number, considering that the current maximum demand in Brazil is 100 GW.
The key to Brazil's success is PLANNING.
The official bodies of the electricity sector should present strategic plans to meet this expansion, along with plans to operationalize them.
This approach would bring predictability and confidence so that investors would actually invest the necessary resources to build the data centers and the battery charging network with the necessary capillarity.
The question remains: will Brazil do this PLANNING, sharing it with all stakeholders?
