I have noticed a significant decline in the service provided—across the board—by companies offering energy and related services to businesses and institutions.
Obtaining quality information has become very difficult. Virtual "agents" are—still—pathetic.
To move beyond mere speculation, I issue a challenge: leaders at energy-related companies—whether managers, directors, or board members—should run a "test" to see what the experience is actually like on their own companies' channels.
And I see an opportunity here: companies that aim for quality service will—without a doubt—perform far better than those that simply let things slide.
