Energy and "the whole picture"

A very powerful approach that offers special results is following a path that starts with an overview and then "descends" to the details.

Although it is obvious from a "systemic" point of view, it is very little used in Brazil.

The massive Brazilian preference is to "select" some alternative that seems interesting and prosper from this "starting point".

But using a systemic look, preferring to initially discover "the whole picture" offers many more opportunities considering the "boundary conditions" that are always there.

What do you prefer: choose after identifying the general panorama or go straight to a specific solution without comparing it with other possibilities?
