Firm prices for future delivery are quoted this week at R$ 220/MWh.
The marginal cost of expansion cost (MCE), according to my calculations, is R$ 228/MWh for conventional energy.
Conclusion
The prices offered by the market are still ATTRACTIVE because they are BELOW the MCE. But... the graphic trend shows a reversal!
