Boundary conditions
One of the most important challenges - when trying to find solutions in the energy area for a specific case - is to map out the constraints that need to be respected.
And, as a rule, there is a (long) list of them. They involve financial, legal, technical, managerial, business aspects and why not say, even personal preferences of those who will make the decisions.
Exactly because of this "framework" that "each case is different".
There are those who prefer to contract results. Others who seek assets to be incorporated into the equity of their organisations.
Some like to close long-term deals. Others seek solutions for a "shorter" length.
For an important part of the market, identifying risks and their mitigation is essential. For a more aggressive "platoon", not so much!
It is fascinating to discover "what it is about" for each case. And concomitantly the possibility of achieving and maintaining special results considering the constraints involved.
