It's fascinating to identify the attitude of each energy consumer—corporate or institutional—who has hired me in my decades of consulting.
I've discovered that this is the central issue in achieving and maintaining a level of results. The challenge each consumer accepts (or doesn't)!
The results are VERY different. Those who seek "to be a market leader" in competitiveness and the others who even, and without ceremony, "let it go," after all, "their plates are (already) full."
So... what's your attitude?
I'll illustrate with two real-life situations. One in which the CEO of a large company told me to "pull the rabbit out of your hat and deliver special results for us." Another in which a manager asked me to prepare a report stating that the actions undertaken so far had already achieved great results.
I insist: Who are you? Who is your company? What do you want to achieve?
