We are about "diminutives" (Brazil)

The treatment that salespeople give to their customers - or potential customers - always has this "affectionate" bias, characterised by the massive use of diminutives.
It goes well here in Brazil! It even means a super respectful way of treating the counterpart. We do not have in our "arsenal" a direct, objective and results-focused "way". That potentially even needs to identify and resolve conflicts that always arise in healthy environments
Diminutives also serve to "leave everything as it is". They align very well with our Brazilian style of always compromising. Our GDP per capita is really minuscule, as is our competitive position in energy in $/kWh.
