Many of us are aware of mass market programs offered for res customers, but there don't seem to be wide-spread multi-family/apartment centric programs out there.
Have you had success with any multi-fam programs, or perhaps there are common barriers such as the lack of owner/manager interest (split incentives), or lack of site-wide managed WiFi to reliably connect thermostats, etc?
