For decades, business customers were forced to lend money to Eletrobras, which were charged in the monthly power bills they received from their concessionaires.

This charge was carried out very simply and compulsorily.

These customers have the right to recover this loan. But it is a laborious expensive and lengthy undertaking.

Then the customer needs to take legal action to have it monetarily corrected. The law firms speak of 5 years as a realistic period to receive the amount.
