El Paso Electric Enhances Customer Service with Oracle Cloud

How will the new customer information system at El Paso Electric improve customer experience?  "Faster call resolution and improved overall service levels," said Dave De Maio, senior vice president and general manager, Oracle Client Services for Industries.  Oracle's SaaS technology will support the utilities smart meter rollout to approximately 460,000 customers.  All meters are estimated to be replaced by 2025.  The system offers accurate billing and customer data protection.  Who is helping your utility to enhance customer service?
