Electricity Daily, The

Electricity Daily is published by Elsevier Science Inc., the U.S. arm of the large multinational publishing firm of Read Elsevier. The daily began publishing in mid-1993 as a sister publication to The Electricity Journal, a monthly that has been publishing since 1987.

Electricity Daily covers the unfolding events in the electricity business, both in the U.S. and abroad. The newsletter provides daily coverage of electric restructuring issues, using a staff of correspondents across the U.S. and Canada and in Europe, including Russia. The editorial staff have great depth and experience in covering electricity. The editor and assistant editor each have more than 20 years experience covering electricity and energy issues, with special experience in covering the interface between the industry and government in Washington, D.C. The newsletter also contains staff-written commentary on the issues, and guest commentaries.
