Chantal-Aimee N. Hendrzak, general manager – Applied Solutions, is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, leveraging, and supporting the adoption and implementation of advanced solutions for the operation of the bulk power transmission system and the operation of all related markets. 

Ms. Hendrzak is also the Director of International Relations for PJM, responsible for developing, managing, and leveraging PJM’s international relationships.

Previously, Ms. Hendrzak held the position of manager of the Operations Development department within the Operations Division responsible for leading the development and enhancement of applications used in real-time operations. Prior to that, she was a project leader coordinator in the Information Services Division.

Prior to joining PJM, Ms. Hendrzak was employed by Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and American Power Conversion.

Ms. Hendrzak earned her bachelor of science in Business and French from Albright College.

Kenneth M. Huber is the manager of Advanced Technology for PJM Interconnection. Mr. Huber is responsible for developing and applying advanced technology to enhance PJM’s value creation and productivity. 

Prior to his current position, Mr. Huber was employed with PJM as an operations planning engineer.

Prior to joining PJM, Mr. Huber was employed with AT&T Bell Laboratories and subsequently with AT&T Labs. His responsibilities included the creation of new services, vertical industry development and corporate strategy.

Mr. Huber earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds a master of science in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a masters of business administration from Drexel University.











Prior to her role as editor-in-chief of Intelligent Utility magazine, Christine served as lead analyst for the intelligent grid practice at Energy Insights (an IDC company)—a leading market research firm for the energy industry. Her clients included some of the largest investor-owned utilities and public power producers in North America along with the largest IT vendors in the world. In this position, she conducted rigorous research and wrote about critical issues facing smart grid efforts.
