Willdan Completes Acquisition of The Weidt Group

ANAHEIM, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Willdan Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WLDN) announced that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of The Weidt Group, a nationally recognized energy consulting firm previously owned by EYP. The Weidt Group specializes in the energy and operational performance of new and existing buildings for utilities. The Weidt Group achieved approximately $14 million of revenue in 2018, and Willdan expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in 2019.
