Until now, utilities were faced with having to separate high-quality fly ash for marketing through beneficiation programs, while storing low-quality ash in an ash pond or landfill. Fortunately, that has changed for the better.

With our proprietary MP618 Multi-Process fly ash beneficiation technology, utilities can profitably market a far greater percentage of their fly ash.

MP618 is a revolutionary, cost-effective thermal solution

for residual carbon mitigation and ammonia mitigation to generate a low loss on ignition (LOI) high-quality fly ash for immediate marketability.

With the flexibility to be installed at both operating and non-operating power plants, MP618 can process wet or dry fly ash, regardless of whether the fly ash is current production or legacy ash stored in ponds or landfills. The technology also allows for the processing of kiln dust to remove mercury for emissions regulations compliance.
