SEPA’s experts offer perspectives on how to balance competing priorities to ensure a fair and equitable grid modernization program while offering a more interactive grid as well as opportunities for new and improved services.

The competing interest question is a compelling one, because you not only have competing interests outside of utilities but likely inside the utility-- and one of the key aspects will be having leadership who can parse through it all and make the important decisions.
