EC Infosystems, a leader in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Billing/Customer Information Solutions (CIS) for companies in the deregulated energy industry, has announced their annual user conference will include an operations panel of industry veterans and the event’s final agenda.  The event will be held on Oct. 16 – 18, 2019 at The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The two-day agenda includes 10 sessions dedicated to system and new development education, market intelligence presentations, and the user conference’s first-ever client operations panel – “How to Achieve Operational Excellence,” moderated by Kevin Laguardia, EC Infosystems’ Director of Operational Excellence.

Joining Laguardia on the panel are three experienced energy industry veterans and EC Infosystems’ clients: Steven Haigh, Chief Information Officer for Starion Energy, Lindsey Margiotta, Director of Operations for Spark Energy, and Shannon Binns, Project Management Advisor, CSM for Think Energy. Cumulatively, the panelists and moderator boast significant energy experience, expertly poised to share their operations knowledge and leveraging technology with the audience.

“Historically, our user conferences have focused on client engagement through brainstorming and feedback exercises,” says EC Infosystems’ President and CEO, Mohan Wanchoo. “This year we will significantly increase that involvement as we look forward to sharing the stage with our clients and friends to glean their valuable knowledge about operations, technology, and overall market experience.”

At the third annual event, EC Infosystems will focus on energizing the customer’s competitive edge using technology, understanding market dynamics, and engaging in a dialogue centered on the future of the industry as whole. In addition to the panel, the agenda also includes an open question and answer session where clients will have the opportunity to converse with the EC Infosystems’ executive team. For the full agenda, visit the EC Infosystems’ website.

“As a company, EC Infosystems’ regards transparency as a founding principle,” says Laguardia. “Our open question and answer session is a testament to that value and we look forward to answering and sharing more information about our company, the direction, and goals.”

Located conveniently in Center City, Philadelphia, the User Conference will be held the prestigious Bellevue Hotel at 200 South Broad Street. User conference registration is complimentary and open only to EC Infosystems’ EDI and Billing clients.
