I worked my way up to being an Energy Consultant (i.e. Advisor and Educator) starting as a Payment Specialist (2012), then Residential Customer Service, Commercial Customer Service and Energy Advising to joining Product Development and Marketing in December 2018. My role is to create products, services and programs around energy efficiency and education, as well as the facilitation of them via Energy Education. (Unofficially an Energy Educator.)
