Vermont Solar for All Planning Begins, Aims to Save Low-Income Residents 20% on Electric Bills

The Vermont Department of Public Service (PSD) and State Energy Office kicked off the new Solar for All program’s planning year with ambitious goals to make the benefits of clean energy more accessible to all.
