Enerzip Power Technology (Weifang) Co., Ltd. is expanding its sales and technical support network across Asia.
We are currently looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers and After-Sales Engineers, with priority given to candidates based in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and other Central Asian or Russian-speaking markets.
These positions are intended for local professionals who understand their markets, can communicate directly with customers and are able to work closely with Enerzip’s sales and engineering teams in China.
Candidates who speak a local language and English will be given priority. Russian-speaking applicants with working English skills are also encouraged to apply.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Mongolia, Central Asia or another Russian-speaking Asian market
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing customers, distributors, equipment dealers and project partners in the assigned country or region.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop business for diesel generators, gas generators, biogas generators, high-voltage generator sets and diesel engine-driven water pumps.
• Build relationships with generator dealers, equipment rental companies, engineering contractors, mining companies, farms and industrial users.
• Identify projects requiring standby power, prime power, ATS systems, generator paralleling systems or high-voltage power solutions.
• Collect customer requirements, including power rating, voltage, frequency, application, operating environment and preferred configuration.
• Coordinate quotations and technical proposals with Enerzip’s headquarters in China.
• Follow up enquiries, negotiations, orders, delivery arrangements and customer feedback.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and regional partners.
• Report local market demand, competitor activity and upcoming projects.
• Support the development of Enerzip’s local sales and service network.
Candidate requirements:
• Sales experience in generator sets, diesel water pumps or similar industrial equipment.
• Experience with diesel engines, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, mining equipment, electrical equipment or power systems is also relevant.
• Good knowledge of the local industrial equipment market.
• Ability to develop and manage customers independently.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of generator power ratings, voltage, frequency and common applications.
• Ability to communicate regularly with Enerzip’s sales and technical teams in China.
• Existing relationships with equipment dealers, contractors, rental companies or industrial customers are preferred.
AFTER-SALES ENGINEER
Location: Mongolia, Central Asia or another Russian-speaking Asian market
The After-Sales Engineer will provide local installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting support for Enerzip equipment.
Main responsibilities:
• Inspect, maintain and repair diesel generator sets.
• Service diesel engine-driven water pumps.
• Diagnose faults in off-highway diesel engines.
• Check engine starting, fuel, cooling, lubrication, intake and exhaust systems.
• Inspect alternators, batteries, chargers, controllers and electrical wiring.
• Troubleshoot generator control panels, ATS panels, circuit breakers and distribution boards.
• Support generator installation, commissioning and load testing.
• Assist with generator paralleling and control-system inspections when required.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency service visits.
• Prepare inspection reports, fault records and maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm spare-parts requirements with customers and Enerzip’s technical team.
• Provide technical support to local dealers and service partners.
Candidate requirements:
• Practical experience in the maintenance and repair of off-highway diesel engines.
• Experience with diesel generator sets, construction machinery, mining equipment, agricultural machinery or commercial engine systems.
• Electrical engineering knowledge or relevant electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Ability to use multimeters, insulation testers and common diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with generator controllers, ATS systems, circuit breakers and distribution panels.
• Ability to identify both mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Experience with generator rental companies, engine service centres or equipment dealers is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• A valid local driving licence is preferred.

Clear communication with Enerzip’s headquarters in China is important, especially when discussing quotations, equipment selection, commissioning, fault diagnosis and spare-parts requirements.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
The final working arrangement will depend on the candidate’s country, experience, responsibilities and regional coverage.
Possible arrangements may include local employment, regional sales representation, commission-based cooperation, project-based technical service or local after-sales service partnership.
Salary, sales commission, technical service fees, travel arrangements and other terms will be discussed during a video interview.
