Energy: How do you rate your company?

In my energy consulting experience I have come across two extreme situations.

Those cases where the client expresses the desire for the consultant to act specifically on a well-defined subject, focusing on very precise issues.

At the other end, the customer poses a challenge: What is the diagnosis of the opportunities that could potentially be prospected and captured?

"The customer is always right" is the most common buzzword there is! I believe, however, that those who open the question by asking the consultant to explore their options are often surprised by the findings.
