Power Plant Cycling Causality - A Sequential Flow Chart

The attached flow chart details the process and data needed to conduct a power plant cycling causality study. Key to this process is the identification of cycling Drivers and select power plants to study or Reactors.

After collecting the hourly data the process requires the calculation of movements from the hourly data and then the application of the causality expectation logic to synch the Reactor movements with Driver movements. For more info see my related posts or visit: www.renewableimpacts.com.
