Utilities continue to use acquisitions as a means to expand their business, according to report from PwC. In the second 2017, 18 deals were recorded, one more than from 16 deals in the second 2017. However, the value of the deals was down dramatically (77%) from $28.3 billion in 2016 to $12.8 billion in 2017.
