Zinier, which uses artificial intelligence to help its customers automate their field service management, recently raised $90 million in venture capital.
The five-year-old San Francisco-based company plans to use the money to boost its presence outside the telecom industry, which was its initial focus. Zinier expanded into the energy and utility industries two years ago.
The company allows customers to automate their own processes or replace their legacy systems with its end-to-end solution, and also offers a platform that allows customers to build, deploy and optimize their own solutions.
