FERC electronic filing process to be discussed at open meeting on 1/17

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is hosting an open meeting on 1/17, where item M-1:  Revisions to the Filing Process for Commission Forms will be discussed. This is an important topic for any Company that is required to file Form-1 and the other forms in scope for this initiative. NAESB has worked with FERC in the past on guidelines for the FERC filing process, as a replacement for the existing program used to submit electronic filings to FERC. Companies that are interested in how these changes could impact their FERC filing process should consider participating in NAESB's e-forms subcommittee.
