Our article is entitled, "Effective Leadership and Progressive Discipline". When talking with clients, we often ask the tough question when something is going wrong with a staff member to see if they have spoken to the individual about the issue. Many times we hear – ‘no, the staff member should know better.’ So we thought we would share an article on this topic to encourage more communication when someone is not a happy camper.
