New FERC Commissioner Rich Glick outlines his four primary areas of focus in this podcast. He touches upon barriers to markets, review processes for natural gas pipeline applications, enforcement actions and cybersecurity. Commissioner Glick also makes it clear he didn't have a difficult time deciding where to come down on the Department of Energy's proposed rulemaking to provide cost recovery for coal-fired and nuclear power plants in the name of electric grid resilience. FERC issued the decision earlier this month. A transcript of the podcast is available for the speed readers among you.
