Elon Musk and Richard Branson want to bring clean energy to Puerto Rico. It won’t be easy.
Elon Musk and Richard Branson reportedly are in talks to help rebuild Puerto Rico’s power grid, but many say the problems started before Hurricane Maria hit the island.
