Compared to the year-earlier numbers, this report shows a significant increase in activation of natural gas pipeline capacity. Similarly, there's a sizable hike from the year-earlier figures for installed capacity of electric generation from natural gas facilities, while wind and solar both saw decreases from year-earlier levels for installed generation capacity.

The year over year drop in solar isn't terribly surprising given the 2018 solar tariff issue, but I wonder what's pushing the wind growth down-- any thoughts, Steve?
