How to stimulate sustainability?

 How to stimulate sustainability?

Certainly a list of actions, in our daily lives, helps to make viable a more sustainable world.

But there is another aspect, which has enormous potential and is practically unexplored in Brazil.

I quote an emblematic example. A major global tire manufacturer offers leasing in the United States rather than selling them.

The big "attractions" of this initiative is combining sustainability and client loyalty. The idea is super simple.

  • Leasing "weighs" less in the month to month of the customer
As compared to other payment methods

  • The worn tire is returned to the factory for recycling
    At minimum logistics costs

  • The manufacturer then starts a new lease
    It is about client retention!
