Energy for EVs: when will Brazil wake up?

Energy for EVs: when will Brazil wake up?

For those who follow the news of the developed world about electric vehicles, note that there is an intense movement underway.

It is the preparation for the introduction in scale of electric vehicles.

  • Types of chargers for all tastes and pockets
  • Rates that offer special conditions for off peak charging
  • Vehicles that allow load scheduling according to the time of use rates
  • A comprehensive list of vehicle models

This posture has the great advantage of planning with solid criteria and great anticipation, so that  electric vehicles can become interesting, convenient, competitive and emission reducers.

This because it will be gradual but massive introduction of electric vehicles in which everyone will benefit from this preparation.

Have the utilities been preparing in Brazil for the increase in plugload once EVs penetration takes off?

I don't think so! EVs as of now are too far away given the overall lack of preparation!
