What is best for the customer?

What is best for the customer?

Among energy related providers, it is common to observe the defense stance around selected solutions in the area of energy.

Those who supply solar energy (PV) point to the advantages of local generation, low emissions and the associated image linked to the preservation of the environment.

Power traders show the potential savings the deregulated market presents with respect to the regulated environment.

Escos justify the importance of developing energy efficiency, after all, waste is expensive.

And the list goes on!

What the customer really wants/needs is to find out what's best for his/her specific case. Hence the importance of launching an independent look, to understand the "boundary conditions" and to identify the solutions that make sense.
