If there wasn't enough on your plate already, will you soon be defending your utility's future in the wake of better batteries than can store electricity indefinitely? This article from windpowerengineering seems to think so. While this isn't necessarily a public relations issue, in the long run it might be, as you'll need to be on both the offensive and defensive to maintain your utility's reputation and status.
