Cogsdale Welcomes Lewis County PUD as its Fourth Client in Washington

Cogsdale is pleased to announce the recent contract signing of Lewis County PUD in Washington. Lewis County PUD supplies electric power to over 30,000 customers in the western heart of the state. Lewis County PUD will be implementing Cogsdale’s full financial management suite, customer service management, and human resources and payroll.

Lewis County PUD undertook an extensive search for an ERP solution that would provide a modern platform to meet the information management needs of the users. The system had to be simple to use, simple to query, and importantly simple to administer. With a limited information technology staff, Lewis County PUD did not want to have to maintain integrations, and deal with multiple vendors. The Cogsdale Customer Service Management suite not only fit the ease-of-use requirements, its complete integration across the Financials and People Management mean a complete end to end ERP solution will be achieved.

Implementation of the Cogsdale package has begun with go live of the financial modules expected later this year.
