TURBOCARE, INC. ACQUIRES WOOD GROUP GENERATOR SERVICES, INC.

TurboCare, Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of Wood Group Generator Services, Inc. (“WGGS”), based in Farmington, New Mexico. Effective immediately, Wood Group Generator Services will become TurboCare Generator Services, Inc., a part of the TurboCare group of businesses.

“WGGS adds a key element to TurboCare’s portfolio of comprehensive service solutions,” said Phil Karwowski, Chief Operating Officer, Field Service, Generators and Major Projects. “With the addition of WGGS generator capabilities to the existing gas turbine and steam turbine services, TurboCare is better positioned to provide our North American customers with the complete range of services they need.”

Wood Group Generator Services, Inc. has been a provider of generator assessment programs, generator rotor modernizations and repairs, stator repairs and the manufacture of both replacement and OEM coils for large generators and motors.
