Intermountain Rural Electric Association (IREA), one of the largest electric distribution cooperatives in the United States, went live with Striata Email Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) in July 2008. Striata, with a successful history in customer adoption of paperless initiatives, is helping IREA lower billing costs by replacing paper bills with secure electronic document delivery. IREA, only recently afforded its members the ability to make electronic payments online or by phone, and added eBilling as one of many new payment options.
